Richel Group, partner of ForIndustrie: inspiring vocations and showcasing French industry and its opportunities.

From November 17 to December 5, 2025, Richel Group took part in ForIndustrie as a partner. This nationwide, 100% digital event offers an immersive and engaging experience inspired by the world of video games. Over three weeks, participants were able to explore the professions, expertise and innovations of French industry through videos, quizzes, challenges and interactive missions.

For Richel Group, this participation went far beyond simple visibility. It was an opportunity to show who we are, how we work, and why joining our teams can be a real career path.

A meaningful partnership

At Richel Group, we believe that industry needs to show itself as it truly is today. Our participation allowed us to showcase our expertise, inspire vocations and strengthen the attractiveness of our sector among young people and the talents of tomorrow.

And there is plenty to tell. At Richel, we transform 25-tonne steel coils into structures that sometimes span several dozen hectares. Greenhouses used for large-scale cultivation to feed entire populations. We integrate everything the plant needs to thrive: heating systems, irrigation, climate management connected to artificial intelligence. Industrial expertise that is 100% made in France, designed and manufactured in Eygalières in the south of France, then exported to more than 100 countries.

Industry is about concrete, useful things. That is exactly what ForIndustrie helps to showcase.

In the ForIndustrie game universe, visitors could access a space dedicated to Richel Group. Through our page, they were able to discover our teams and our commitment to industry, watch a video specially produced for the event, and take part in an interactive quiz to earn points.

What this participation also demonstrates is the diversity of paths that lead to us. BTS, DUT, CAP, vocational baccalaureate, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, engineering school with work-study programs: there are as many training paths as there are professions at Richel.

There is no predetermined career path. What matters is the desire to learn and get involved. Whether you arrive as an intern, on a work-study program or on a permanent contract, the support is the same: a warm welcome, available teams and concrete projects from the very first weeks.

The richness of our industry lies above all in its diversity: the complexity of projects, the expertise, the complementarity of professions. We work for concrete purposes, used every day, as a team and with passion.

The environment at the heart of our DNA

In a sector where we are surrounded by machines, we are all the more attentive to the environment. At Richel, it is at the heart of our DNA. We design greenhouses for more sustainable, pesticide-free agriculture. We integrate photovoltaic roofs to produce energy. And internally, on a daily basis, we reduce our carbon footprint: recycling, reuse, raising awareness among our employees.

Industry can be responsible. We even believe it must be.
